HACO applies a high quality standard. Almost all production processes take place in our own factory in Germany, using our own machines, moulds and lots of specialist, manual labour. This allows us to guarantee the high quality HACO strives for. Through constant quality control and the large amount of manual labour performed in our factory, we are never far away from our end product. Our factory features our own testing area that we use to develop and test new technologies. Products are only developed and produced for customers after extensive testing procedures. This allows HACO to guarantee their quality. The DIN standard is part of this guarantee. The buyer will find that these wheels last 10 to 15 years longer than cheaper alternatives by other producers and suppliers. HACO wheels are regularly tested for various wheel applications and wheel properties in Würzburg, too. if they pass the tests, they are awarded a certificate for their performance during these tests. This is a guarantee for future use.
